Relax Shower Steamers

Relax shower steamers have a blend of lavender essential oils to help relax and calm the mind and body. 

Place one puck at the bottom of the shower.  As the water makes it dissolve the steam from the shower will activate the scent.  
NOT to be used as a bath preparation as these have a much higher concentration of essential oils that can cause irritation.  For shower use only. 

Baking soda, citric acid, essential oil, aqua.
